 Applications for grants must be on the Foundation’s standard form which is available from:

• The gaming areas of The Mariner, Kelly’s Irish Pub, Sandbar Pub, The Skipping Bull and The Cabbage Tree.

• The Foundation at its listed address.

Complaints Procedure:

• Complaints relating to the distribution of proceeds must be in writing addressed to the Chairman, Mana Community Grants Foundation, P O Box 50-779, Porirua.
  
• All complaints will be considered by the Board of Trustees and a written response provided to the complainant within 20 working days.

Future Availability of Funds:

It is expected that funds available for distribution to the community in the 3 months ending 30 September 2010 will approximate $500,000.00.
